Port Townsend Chamber mixers are held the second Tuesday of each month from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. The mixer host usually provides refreshments, but just how far you go putting on a spread, or whether you decide to serve wine or beer, it’s completely up to you. It’s your party! A tip is to invite everyone you know. The harder you work at the invitation and promotion process, the better the turnout and the more you accomplish your goals. Besides, Chamber members like to meet people outside their usual circle of friends.
The Chamber will help you publicize the mixer event with fliers inserted in our monthly newsletter and through reader board messages. If you decide to do fliers, you are responsible for printing them. We need 450 fliers, they need to be 8.5 x 11 inches, and they need to be delivered to the Visitor Information Center by the middle of the month preceding your mixer.
- Noon Chamber meetings are held at, and catered by, Fort Worden Commons. We invite
all Chamber members to attend. Here's a map to the meeting
room location.
- Members are encouraged to invite a potential member business
to any of the Weekly Meetings.
- The Board of Directors meets the second Thursday of each month,
and all members are invited to attend.
- We encourage new and existing members to donate a door prize
to be given away at each meeting in a drawing. It's a great way
to let people know about your business! Contact director@ptchamber.org or 385-7869.
