TRAVELING ON THE PORT TOWNSEND-KEYSTONE FERRY?
Be
sure to make a reservation either by phone or online! They are not required for vehicles under
6,000 pounds, but are highly suggested. Also, the ferry cannot accept vehicles over 80,000
pounds. Trailers and RVs must reserve a space by phone only. Motorcycles are no longer moved to the front of the line, so
reservations are encouraged for motorcyclists, as well. You
can reserve by calling WSDOT-FERRIES at 511 or 888-808-7977 between 7am
& 9pm, or online. You can make a reservation from 30 days down to 2
hours before sailing. If you have a reservation you MUST arrive at the
ferry dock between 45 and 90 minutes before your scheduled sailing. If you arrive any later you must go as a stand-by. Up to 10 stand-bys (those
without reservations) will be accepted from 45 minutes until sailing --
as space permits.
